We are very proud to be celebrating our almost two decades of outstanding service to the Asian and Pacific Islander communities of Portland. This event will be celebrating the past several years and raising funds to continue IRCO AFC’s services into the future. Tickets are $100.00 and every dollar you donate will go directly to IRCO AFC programming.
